  1. That apt at 233 Park has been listed at multiple agents over the course of the last year as well. Great apartment, great location, and right next door to a dry-cleaning plant, so the cancer risk is free with purchase.

  2. for those of you who still don’t get it.. The time on market is:
    from last asking price to contract.
    So – even if units in 529 have been for sale for year and a 1/2…
    1) it is possible this unit went to contract early and closing happened recently (think of all the new condo bldgs with pre-construction contracts)
    2) They adjusted prices at some point and 12 weeks after this went into contract (and then only now closed).

    Not that this info will ever sink in.
    Easier to just say all info is inaccurate and lies,etc,etc.
