374-harman-street-062813The new owner of this two family wood frame at 374 Harman Avenue wants to replace it with a four-story, eight-unit apartment house. Owner Solman Pearl applied for a new building permit from the Department of Buildings, but the application was turned down this week. He did, however, receive the go-ahead to raze the existing structure earlier this month, as the Wyckoff Heights blog noted. He purchased the structure, an estate, for $405,000 in March. The property is located between Wyckoff and Irving avenues.
