  1. Can’t be the Brukelyn (or however it’s spelled); that’s co-op, not condo. Turns out that it’s the agent, Brooklyn Heights Real Estate, that’s at 158 Montague. No idea where the apt is; not a whole lot of new construction in the nabe.

  2. That’s not it either — that’s 180 Montague, a rental building built by Bruce Eichner and sold to Archstone last year — maybe it will eventually be converted to condos but not yet.

  3. This is a pizzeria. The modern highrise with a doorman is on the next block east. It has a Garden of Eden food market on the ground floor. It was built about four years ago, and is about 24 stores tall.

  4. this can’t be correct. maybe it’s 58 montague which is the brooklein and has a doorman (not new construction but would certainly command the 1.2M price being right on the promenade. the photo you show looks like Monty Q’s restaurant on montague st!
