Our team of licensed professionals specializes in high-quality residential projects – including brownstones and townhouses. We have the capability to assist you throughout the process, from the project planning and Building Department approvals to construction completion, using our selected team of architects, builders and craftsmen.

Open Studio is intended to foster creativity and encourage experimentation in an atmosphere of cultural exchange, conversation, encouragement, and freedom of expression. It is a studio or workroom which is made accessible to all-comers, where artistic or creative work can be created collaboratively.

Open Studio believes in the practice to – Think Global, Act Local.

Globally we are sensitive about sustainability and responsible development, while locally we seek inspiration from immediate contexts. We follow a process of unpredictability, chance and discovery specific to where we build.

The studio is founded by Bhavesh Shah who is a designer based in New York and has a background in Architecture & Urban Design.

Curated is a boutique design build firm that specializes in designing, renovating and decorating exquisite properties for select clients.
Our team of architects, engineers, expediters, designers and craftsmen handle all phases of your project starting with the initial design concept all the way to the creation of custom furniture.
While we specialize in large scale gut renovations of apartments and brownstones we are happy to perform smaller individual projects for those clients whose homes may not need a major overhaul.

In the interest of efficiency, most clients choose to have us handle all aspects of their project, yet we can also provide individual services such as construction management, design or building. Additionally many of our clients bring us in prior to placing a bid or closing on a property so that we can help assess possible renovation costs prior to purchase.
