During the past 20 years we’ve worked on hundreds of antique, timbered staircases in New York City’s historic townhouses and brownstones.

We recreate missing handrails, balusters and newel posts. In order to maintain the esthetic qualities given the staircase by its original designer and the craftsmen we constructed it we mill most of our own lumber to the dimensions that were in use during the nineteenth century.

In 1988 Mr. Lombardi started in the field of Cabinet Makers with the NYC council of Cabinet Makers Union.
