So — gone in a day, but then two years to overcome unclear ownership issues? How long was this place vacant and why?
I love the wallpaper.
Looks like there was a big leak in the tin ceiling.
I hope the wallpaper can be saved.
The above picture prolly isn’t as bad as it looks. Really. Looks like rusted tin ceiling is all. I had that in a bathroom, beneath sheetrock, and had to tear it all out. It was a shame it couldn’t be saved, but not great for a bathroom.
a little spackle and paint and will look fine in no time.
hey, at least Lowes and Home Depot are walking distance.
