Recommendations on re-puttying and painting windows?

Our house has old wood windows. Some of the putty seems to be falling off. In addition, the windows need a paint job.  I’m worried that if we don’t take care of this soon, water could start to warp the sashes. One or two are already warped.  Would love some recs on anyone who does window puttying, painting, and sash work.
