New window style popping up. Name?

Hope everyone in community is healthy.

I‘ve been seeing this new window style where there’s a thin metal frame around the perimeter of the window that extends out from the facade. I’ve seen it in both large residential condos and now a few townhouses. Does anyone know the name of the style or how they’re referred to? It seems as if the wall is framed with the metal and then you instal whatever window you want inside. But not sure how to call this or source this.
