New Interior Apartment Door Replacement - Need Locksmith / Contractor Suggestions

We have a three family in Park Slope and are looking to replace the interior front doors for two of the apt units with doors that are more secure and more soundproof.  Looking for a good locksmith or contractor to provide materials and installation.  Any information on costs or regaulations (fire rated for 3 family?) would also be appreciated.   Thanks,

As for the locksmith portion Nicky from 5th Avenue Locksmith is who i would reccomend. He charged us $100 for a repair on two door locks we were having issues with that others wanted to replace both of the locksets at $500+
