ISO of Door Doctor

I have double doors that need to be realigned. One of the double doors was not installed properly – a strike plate was not put in for the flush mount bolt located on the bottom part of the door. I have let this go on for too long and now we are having issues with our lock and tenants need to pull the door shut which makes for loud sounds and extra wear and tear.

So here I am looking for what I am calling a “Door Doctor”. Someone who can come by assess the problem and provide a down to earth honest recommendations and pricing to fix the problem(s). Any recs would be great.
