Has anyone had experience with Bernie's Glass?

I am considering some replacement windows, and this organization has good reviews on Yelp. But I am a little unnerved because he doesn’t use the brand name manufacturers – the have the windows fabricated locally. Also, for references, he referred me to their website. Any thoughts appreciated.
