General Contractor for making hole and adding window to a wall (staco)

Please help me.
I want to add narrow and wide windows to the wall that has sun exposure.
I spoke to window guy and he says I have to find general contractor to make hole for window due to staco? material of wall in extended room. Please introduce experienced and reasonable general contractors if you have experiences of adding wall to your home. I need sun light so badly,,, Thank you,
