Door from dip n strip rejecting paint

I brought my doors to dip n strip and they did a great job. I let them dry out for another month after picking them up but unfortunately, there are 2 parts of the door that are still rejecting paint and causing the area for the paint not to dry and have a brownish hue come through the paint. They are small but still noticeable. I’ve sanded, primed and put two coats of paint on it at this point.

What is the most effective remedy for my problem? Please help!!

What i am driving at is did they use methylene chloride or lye. I have stripped and refinished hundreds of doors and have not seen this happen. Usually i use methylene chloride but when we can i use lye and i have always wondered what would happen if i painted a door with out neutralizing the lye.. you will know if they used lye because it “burns” the wood in spots. Changes the color. It can only be used when wood will be painted and it must be neutralized with an acid.
