Brownstone window/creating window seat

Hello, I have 3 windows in my apartment in Manhattan. Some of them need restoration as some of the woods is gone in places on the frames. All the wood frames and shades are currently tainted brown and I would like to have them repaint end in white. Also the radiator and the AC are currently hidden behind wood panels below the windows but I would like to redo the installation as a window seat. Does anyone know about a good window worker and carpenter who could be able to do that work? Thank you very much Francoise
