Bay Ridge windows- anyone use them?

We are having Marvin windows installed in our Brownstone but most of the installation companies we have heard about on this forum have at least a few really negative reviews. Anyone used Bay Ridge? They have some negative reviews but those reviews are much older. Wondering if they are better now?

We used Bay Ridge several years ago for full replacement of the vinyl replacements that were in place when we bought. No regrets. They worked with me on price, and completed the installation on time and with a minimum of fuss.
