It has sat there in the same condition for years.  But I will say that it’s interesting that someone would go to the effort to amend the DOB permit.  It looks like the amendment was to change the architect of record.  Though it might be wishful thinking, maybe it means that something will be opening here finally.  I will say it has been a terrible waste of a great space and location (along with the Tin City space – I’m surprised it doesn’t get snatched up quickly).

that’s a shame. The permit was issued in the end of March this year though. Maybe someone remembered about it?
