Seeking Commercial Broker with Nonprofit Experience

Hello, I work for a nonprofit that has 5 buildings with space that we would like to rent out. One of these buildings is in Bed-Stuy and the others are in the Bronx and Upper Manhattan. Three of the buildings have commercial kitchens which could be available for afternoon/evening use. Our preference would be to rent to other nonprofits but we are open to considering other options. Please let me know if anyone has a broker that they could recommend who might be able to do this work, and if it makes sense to only focus in one geographic location that is fine too. Thanks. Laura
