Steve was extremely detailed and diligent and made sure he got to every little detail that needed to be checked. He spent hours going over everything including multiple roof walks. He gave us invaluable insight into things we need to get fixed and what we need to monitor.

I was able to reach out to him multiple times post inspection to get clarification and he most forthcoming and quick to respond. He know what customer service is and has genuine empathy for buyers as we navigate the murky waters of the cut corners and flashy finishes.
