Home inspection

Hi everyone,

Wanted to leave a big recommendation for Steve Cymbalsky at Brownstone Home Inspection LLC. We are novice homeowners and are looking at buying a home built in 1901. We went with Steve based on recommendations from this site. Cannot speak highly enough of his knowledge and thoroughness. When the sellers agent tried to rush things, Steve was having none of it. He provided us useful maintenance tips, and broke down how quickly we would need to address each issue in the house. I don’t often leave reviews but will in this case since he was exceptional and honest – even decreased his price after the fact since he wasn’t able to see certain aspects of the building. Thank you Steve!

RE: Steve’s inspection services, I second the recommendation. My son recently had Steve inspect a house he ended up MOT buying. Steve uncovered defects that would have likely made the house untenable. THE MO that’s the most crucial reason to inspevt a house you’re considering.
