Financing Contingencies in Purchase Contracts

With the banks being more careful in a post-COVID world, is anyone seeing purchase contracts containing financing contingencies? I thought these were common for a long time, but as markets have heated up over the past couple years, buyers shouldered that risk to compete with all cash buyers. Are financing contingencies making a come back?
