Cypress Hills

Hi everyone.

As my handle suggests, we are former Bed Stuy residents and just bought in Cypress Hills.

If you are looking to buy and have a budget of under $1M this is a great place to look but a few suggestions.

20 minutes away from the new 170,000sf Netflix facility in Bushwick so this place will blow up as a result of the adjacency.

We bought between Fulton and Jamaica so we are walking distance to the park which has tennis, walking trails and baseball fields. It is very family and dog friendly.

There are plenty of places with garages if you look hard enough and time is limited to find something like this for under $1M. Street parking can be challenging if you come home late…not gonna lie.

If you travel a lot for work, the neighborhood is centrally located to LGA and JFK with both being about 15 minutes away.

The produce around here is amazing and you can get fresh coconut water right from the fruit for next to nothing.

You’ll definitely brush up on your Spanish.
