rental advice - 2 units, 1 building?

I am looking for advice on how best to: 1\. Search for rentals well before my move date (current lease ends Jan 31) 2\. Find two rental units in the same building (ideally one 2-bd, one 3-bd in the same small row house/brownstone) We can perhaps pay a small broker fee, but we are looking for an affordable rental. We’re seasoned Brooklyn renters, but this is a unique and pretty specific search! Thanks!

the landlord i work is renovating a whole building at 5 E 21st street in Prospect Park South. There are 2 and 3 bedrooms. I am charging a nominal broker fee since there are 5 apartments coming up. All 5 will be done by Jan 31st funnily enough ;). Contact me for more details.

It sounds like you’re looking to rent an entire house? Many are only two units.
