Plumbing inspection

Once a plumbing inspection either self inspection or by DOB is complete do we need to do another one?

It should say Final. Aside from BIS you should know yourself. The Rough inspection is everything behind the walls. The Final is well…the final.

How do you tell on the DOB site if it is rough or final? I already have a new GAS meter

Depends on which inspection, rough or final? If it’s final then no. If its rough then yes. Also, If it is for gas and involves a new meter then you will have inspections by DOB and then Con Ed or National Grid. Your meter won’t be released until Gas Final is checked off on BIS.
