Parlor Door Repair

We need asap a man who can repair our parlor door. We have been having problems with the lock on that door. The door has been used as the entrance door for the unit and because of dummy locksmiths in the past, the area behind any lock or handleset we put is almost empty, all the wood has been destroyed so any new lock or handle we put in ends up not working at the end. Any advice on what to do or who to call?? Our tenant has locked himself out already 5 times. Thanks !!!

Ok, I know you need someone ASAP and I have to be honest, I have some projects that I am on that I must absolutly finish (if the people whose work I have not finished see me soliciting work here, they will be mad and I will not blame them).  We restore doors.  we restore a lot of doors.  and we repair the damage done by locksmiths.  What we do with old mortise cuts is clean them up and use a very strong epoxy to fit a new piece of wood in and then we remortise and rebore for the lock.    This is not a job for a locksmith – they are not woodworkers (likewise, even though I am licensed as a locksmith, I admit to people that I am not a trained locksmtih and that I have to source parts and keying from a real locksmith).     Again, we do restoration work on doors.  Please take a look at my website and if you would like to call me, feel free to.
