Need good Contractor or Plumber?

I just bought a old brick house in South Slope and have a few plumbing issues that need to be addressed.

1\.  Water enters the basement in heavy rains.  Its not a full flood but there is enough water that makes me concerned.  The drain in the backyard has been filled by dirt.  Perhaps this is the reason?

2\.  Top floor rental unit has a gas washer dryer installed.  Its a kitchen that does not have a stove.  I need a stove hookup installed.  Can they share the same gas line?  This is a very tight space where the cabinet was custom built so everything is very tight.  

3\. Want to install a hookup for washer dryer in the mudroom of the ground floor.  There are some pipes there but are in bad shape.  Hot water pipe is broken somewhere under the mudroom.  Looking at the pipes from the basement, some of the pipes run into the concrete foundation into the base of the mudroom.  Making it very hard to access.  I would think we need to break either the floor of the mudroom or wall of the basement.
4\.  The hose faucet in the yard is not hooked up.  This is also related to the mudroom.

5  Inspector recommended adding a drain in the front of the building.  Need second opinion.

6\.  Dishwasher has some water coming from beneath.  Its an old dishwasher.  I was hoping the connection or o-ring/gasket can be replaced.
