Hot water in shower is not hot

I recently installed a Prestige Excellence condenser boiler in my duplex apartment. I am not getting hot water from the shower but it is only warm and I cannot regulate it as desired. This doesn not happen for my other faucets (sinks and other). The plumber mentioned that it depends on the faucet. I have a Chicago faucet Pressure Balancing single Valve mod. 1900-VOCCP. http://www.chicagofaucets.com/catalog/catalog.php?name=Our Products&part_number=1900-VOCCP Does anyone know if there is a way i can resolve this or I need to change the faucet? Its not every time Faucets fault but sometimes controls can also be reason of such kind of problems. Pressure valve is the key to mange the hot water. Many pf problems are occur due to [pressure valve](http://water-heater-installation.net/water-heater-leaking-water-from-relief-valve/).

Condenser boiler mainly depends on two things first combustion chamber and second heat exchanger as you told its only warm means your combustion chamber is working perfectly.Now the second things which work is to heat the water means exchange of energy such that heat exchanger may be not working properly so you should consult a technician or complain to the retailers or company from where you bought.

Master Plumber thanks. I did do so but its still doesnt go above a certain temperature which is barely warm. Do you think there is a stop I can get rid of to avoid this or i need to buy a new faucet? I only have one valve for both pressure and temperature.

You have to take the handle off and set it to give you hotter water within the range of movement it makes. The manual tells you how.
