Any difference between Charlotte or Bibby-Ste-Croix cast iron SEWER pipes?

I will be replacing the sewer connection from my house to the city’s main line.  The master plumber who I am considering is telling me that he usses either Charlotte or Bibby-Ste-Croix (Canadian) cast iron pipes.  I am very familiar with Charlotte but not this Canadian company. He is telling me that both are the same and promises no difference.   Of course, he will not touch anything Chinese. So my question to the “experts” – does it make any difference or is this Bibby-Ste-Croix is very good indeed?
