Termite chemicals

For termite control around a brownstone foundation two exterminators have recommended two different chemicals — cypermethrin vs. Phantom (chlorfenapyr). Can anyone speak to the merits of these two chemicals with respect to effectiveness, duration, and toxicity to humans and plants?
