WHY CAN'T FORT GREENE PARK BE GREEN?

Why can’t we have grass in Fort Greene Park? How much money do we have to rasie to make this happen? Is there a solution for the soccer players? astro truf? etc. please help. not sure what the solution is, but I hope we can all come together and make Ft.
