Painting a victorian

Can you help me ballpark the price of painting a Victorian? We are in the South Midwood section of Flatbush.. like the wrong section of Ditmas Park in a wood frame single family.. I’m thinking this is a 20K job for a decent (not fancy one color) with power wash. Does that sound about right? Thanks.
