refinance -- recommendation

We closed yesterday on a re-financed mortgage:  the new loan is 15 years at 3% as opposed to the 30 year at 5.25% original loan we got in 2009\.   We are pretty pleased, so I am recommending Adam Dahill and his team at WCS Lending who took us though the process.   They were true to their estimate, answered all questions, and wrapped everything up 9 weeks after we signed initial paperwork.   Contact info:   Adam Dahill, WCS Lending 212-351-8020 adahill@wcslending.com

Thanks for the favorable review dnk.  I would like to add that the property was a 2 Fam townhouse. I just closed out a Jumbo 1.2mm 15yr fixed at 3% for another client paying off 3 mortgages on a SFR brownstone in the Slope.. although that was locked before rates moved higher last month. Every scenario is different depending on the type of property, the program, credit score, Loan to Value etc.. The past month has been a roller coaster for rates with some lenders now .75% higher  Adam Dahill nmls 66099

Just curious, since I am looking to do the same thing……was this for a jumbo loan? What were the fees involved? (origination, etc.)
