Recommendation for Adam Dahill of Mortgagemaster

Hey all, just wanted to give a HUGE recommendation for Adam Dahill at Mortgagemaster. Adam provides his professional insight here on Brownstoner regularly which is what led us to him in the first place. He recently took us through the the refinancing of our current mortgage and this was not our first mortgage or refinancing experience. This was, however, the first time that we worked with someone who made it a seamless, smooth and nearly painless process (don’t think they can ever be totally pain free!). Adam and his co-workers know their business inside and out, are responsive, professional and efficient. From using Dropbox (which virtually eliminated the tiresome and time-wasting need to hand deliver documents) to setting up and conducting the closing in our home, these extras helped to make this process something that we had not experienced before. With a situation that was not typical, Adam is so thoroughly knowledgeable in his field, he was able to wrap up the whole deal faster and with better results than we could have hoped for. Especially in an area and time where home financing is truly an emotional and physical challenge I would not go through this process with anyone else. Thanks, Adam!
