Hello brownstoners can someone reccomend a good, dilligent, personable mortgage broker who is very familiar with bed-stuy and bushwick? and possible someone with experienced in short sales? and or properties in need of mucho reno?! many thanks

I don’t have a good recommendation, but please do NOT use Noel Shepherd at PNC Bank, or PNC Bank in general. I’m not gonna go into it, but needless to say I had a horrible experience with them. Why don’t you go to EZBZ and post what you’re looking for. I heard from my friends that they’re great at looking for local contractors/services.

Hi I cannot think of a better person to work with than Adam Roberts from South Shore Mortgage. He helped us refinance our house in BK and is working with us to buy another (fingers crossed).
