Another shout out for Adam Dahill

First, I want to thank the Brownstoner community for recommending Adam.  I just closed on a refi with him.  It was the smoothest and quickest one I have ever done, and the terms of the loan were great.  Counting my previous place, this is the 5th refi that I have done, and I wish I found him sooner.  I have two other friends that are in process with Adam, and so far they have nothing but good things to say about him. Also, kudos to Alesia who is Adams assistant.  She was also a pleasure to work with and was very responsive. And, I am not a Shill.  You can check my posting history on Brownstoner…

I was one of the friends mentioned in the post above. I would like to add my three cheers for Adam. He did a great job helping me with my refinance and showed a rare mix of patience and active enthusiasm. Adam will be my first go-to for future mortgages or refinances. As of this post, I believe he’s changed companies and now works with Mortgage Master on 50th Street in Manhattan.

I’d like to second this recommendation (or third, or fourth–it seems like everyone on this site has had great experiences with Adam). I had a complex mortgage situation, and (because of indecision and problems on my own end) I had to switch several times from full-steam-ahead-hurry-up! mode to putting things on hold, but Adam was totally patient, flexible, honest, and creative. He’s a very easy person to work with, and he seems to know the mortgage market inside and out. I recommend him very highly.
