30 year jumbo?

I noticed Wells Fargo have put their 30 year jumbo back up to 4.25% We are currently looking to refinance 900k and take $50k out for renovations……anyone been approved for a cheaper rate? (currently on 4%) We are <60% LTV and have a 800+ cr Sorry only looking for 30 year fixed.

Please call Justin Schiatta for assistance. Because he is a mortgage banker and not a broker, he has access to a variety of different lenders which is nice if you have a preferred bank…we like Wells Fargo, for example, and when he did our refi, he was able to keep our mortgage there but with better rates. Justin also has experience with 203k loans, though it does not sound like the road you’d have to go down. I went with Pen Fed Credit Union for my refinance. The rates were really good, not sure where they are now. Also TD Bank had a good rate as well. Just have a look at both websites for the latest rates.
