DEAL! FS: Custom Pavers for CHEAP (for roof terrace garden deck backyard atrium walkway etc!)
We have $3000 dollars worth of custom made concrete pavers that have been rejected by the client and the company that made them won’t take them back. We need to get rid of them ASAP. These are architectural pavers bought for use in a high end roof deck job, but could be used anywhere. These pavers will be a valuable part of some future project, but we don’t have the space to store them.
**Description:** Custom pressed concrete aggregate architectual pavers – rare unblasted unsealed so they will patina, would look great as a bluestone substitute or in a modern garden with cedar fencing or other. Will also cut you a deal on installation if you want. There are enough to cover 792 sq feet
size: 18 x 36 inches
130 lbs each (!)
color is a creamish color – I’ll have picture by tonight
I’ll also post link to company asap. **COST Situation:** We are in the following costs: $3000 for pavers; $3000 to truck them here from Wisconsin, $1000 for crane to get them on roof; $1000 labor for guys to unload etc ($8000 total!) and now we’ve had to order different ones that will be arriving soon.
We are thinking the cost to you would be the following: you pay $1000 and whatever it costs to get them off roof and to where you want them to go (estimated to be around another $1000 – truck rental and using manual labor and no crane). This saves you thousands and leaves us out $7000 (ouch). We are open to the deal that gets them out of the workspace the fastests.Client is not happy they are still there. THESE SUCKERS ARE HEAVY, CURRENTLY ON PALLETS, AND FILL A BIG MOVING TRUCK! This is an all or nothing deal. Currently we are not selling “some of them.” Let me know if you have any questions and if you are serious leave an email and I’ll get back to you right away. Thanks!
