who to call if stove ignitor isn't working?

anybody know what to do or who to call if the stove is not igniting? the appliance itself is only 2 years old, but out of warranty. is it something an electrician would be able to fix?

i usually post a free inquiry at [EZBZ](http://www.ezbz.co/ “EZBZ”) and leave it to them to find me some local contractors. never once did i call someone over. i just visit the site and that’s it, wait for the replies. it sounds lazy, but it’s the truth.
