looking for handyman to do some very basic plumbing for kitchen job

Hi – I am doing super low budget kitchen job next week and my contractor hasn’t worked with the cast iron drainage pipes necessary for NYC code – I am looking for someone who has plumbing skills and tools who can put in drainage pipes for a washing machine and dishwasher.  My contractor will be opening and closing up walls.  I would need the person to meet with us Monday eve, June 27 and then do the job on Tuesday, June 28.  The handyman I was going to use seeems to have flaked out!  this should be a very easy quick job…

I can highly recommend Peter Dymond. He’s a crew chief for a plumbing contractor during the day and does freelance work evenings and weekends, if that works with your scedule. I’m an architect and have seen many plumbers at work on projects big and small and Peter is as talented as any of them. He is also diligent and reasonably priced. He has done work for me on my brownstone and I have recommended him to my neighbors (in Carroll Gardens) where he has become the go to guy at our end of our block. This may not work if you are in a coop or condo where insurance is required and a permit needs to be pulled. He does that type of work through the company he works for which is licensed and insured.
