Kitchen Renovation in Concord Village

Hi everyone! I am considering purchasing an apartment in Concord Village, but the kitchen would need a total renovation. I was wondering if anyone here had experience with renovating one of these and how much it costs to do? Also, how much time did it take you to renovate, did you have issues with the board, stuff like that? Thanks!
