Kitchen

Does someione do floor tiling and skim coating (painting)? I would prefer one person for both trades.  Is it possible?  If not I will take each trade independently.  I need to prepare my kitchen for the Ikea cabinet installer.  There might be other work involved but I am not sure what it is. A good reason to post on the forum.  Thank you.

I would recommend Eduardo Marin (347)581-0608\. I’ve used him for the past 7 years in my browstone for everything from painting and skim coating to electrical work and carpentry. He’s a super-nice guy and his prices are reasonable. He works on a crew so he is normally available evenings and weekends, but he works fast and efficiently, and cleans up after projects!
