Installation pricing for kitchen/bath plumbing

As a part of a much larger renovation project to be done by one contractor, we are replacing several fixtures. The following items will be replaced but the locations are exactly the same: 3-side alcove bath, small bathroom vanity, bath shower fixtures. The kitchen sink will be moved about two feet along the same wall, with all plumbing concealed behind cabinets. This is in a home that’s in good condition, and all of the existing items are under 10 years old. Not including any tile, cement board, etc., what do you think is a fair price range for installing these items–bathtub, shower fixtures, bathroom sink, kitchen sink? Thanks for your opinions.

Hi Installing a new faucet can surprisingly revitalize your kitchen experience. It doesn’t seem like a project that would make a big difference, but it can increase your day-to-day satisfaction by helping with daily chores, as well as improving the look of your kitchen. The price may vary according to your requirement and the service provider. You can know the exact price by visiting the site [http://www.polarisbuilds4u.com/](http://www.polarisbuilds4u.com/)

The price depends on the materials you apply. well,i live in Toronto, i got my kitchen and bathroom renovated recently, was a pretty old house, you wont believe this, we even had old metal and lead pipes some even rusted which was modified into beautiful interior decor,we could,in short get our house renovated in very low budget, thanks to the Avonlea renovations,Toronto. i would ask u to consult kitchen/bathroom renovation specialist nearby your area. They will effectively utilize the space and reuse the materials you have and also plan and purchase materials such that, you save a lot of money. Hope this helps 🙂

Your question is impossible to answer with any accuracy because it’s way too granular/specific. It sounds to me that you’ve decided to do some additional work above the scope of your current contractor’s price and you’re not happy with the price your current contractor has given you for the additional work. That’s par for the course because contractors are always going to gouge you for add-ons of that significance because the DOB permits are in their name and it would be extremely expensive for you to change that situation. You’re also going to need your current contractor to handle all of the DOB inspections and sign-offs and there is no way they’re going to do that for work that is done by another contractor who essentially took work away from them.
