Install Ikea Kitchen and light construction work - help!

Hi – We need someone to install an Ikea Kitchen, remove a wall and lowered ceiling in kitchen and redo floors and paint the main part of our Brooklyn apt – assuming this means a general contractor but we are on a tight budget – can anyone give a recommendation?  Thanks!
