Non Brownstone Agency homeowners insurance

Does anyone have any leads for other insurance companies that will write a policy for a brownstone in park slope non-landmarked?  Everyone seems to just be using Brownstone Agency and trying to get a second quote is proving difficult.

I have Brownstone.   I work in the mortgage field and most houses in Park Slope have either Brownstone or Chubb (more high end/ more expensive coverage espeically of contents) , which I understand can now be placed by the Brownstone Agency.   The reason why is that Brownstone Agency and their underwriters understand that you are not dealing with a freestanding suburban  house, the value of the land is as high as the cost of rebuilding the place.   I have used Chris Lehman to take care of my house and my mom’s for years.
