Recs for Maintenance Company for Small Co-Op

Hello – We are a small (3 unit) self-managed co-op and currently are looking at working with a company for preventative mainentance (annual boiler servicing, gutter cleaning, drain snaking, etc.). Does anyone have recommendations for a company that handles this type of work? If so, please pass them along. Many thanks!
