Handyman

I’m looking for a good, reliable handyman that can do a variety of things, from painting, repairing walls and floors and maybe some minor renovations.  Does anyone have a recommendation?

I am happy to share the before and after photos of Jose Respeto’s work. I am in an old brownstone in Park Slope and hired Jose originally to repair ceiling dry wall that was caused by a roof water leak which Jose also took care of…both roof and interior ceiling repair. I just hired Jose Respeto 347.499.8620 for the past 3 weeks to help me renovate a one bedroom in my Park Slope brownstone on the top floor. We worked side by side, he is energetic, healthy, fit, skilled and very enthusiastic. We did everything. Jose is a very helpful nice person with a positive attitude, a problem solver with solid work experience and skills. His rate is very reasonable and I will hire him back to do more work on the house late Fall. Extra bonus is his Father is an electrician. We ran new wires, installed ceiling fans, sconces, chandeliers, revived old lamps, new outlets/switches etc…also reasonable rate and a pleasure to have in the house!
