Air Conditioner Replacement and Installation

I live on the top floor of a brownstone that has ancient Fedders though-wall air-conditioners. The older of the two finally bit the dust last week. I’ve taken the measurements and I’m not sure if they still make units with the same dimensions any more. I’d like to have someone come take a look at the sleeve and take care of the installation of a new unit.  Any recommendations? I’m in Carroll Gardens.

Good prices, expect limited service. Also check what ‘delivery’ means. They charged me $50 for delivery of a washing m/c but wouldn’t hook up the hoses to existing plumbing, that was ‘installation’, an additional $60 (granted, I didn’t ask but they didn’t tell me either.) Maybe they’ll charge to plug in the a/c.
