Can someone recommend a lead testing company. We are in a brownstone in fort greene. Thanks

I used these guys to test for asbestos, but they do lead as well. When I told him why I was concerned, he told me that I didn’t need to be. Basically, he tried to talk me out of giving him my money. If you’re not comfortable doing it yourself you can Google “Brooklyn Lead” and you should find the page of a local dad (EPA certified) who does lead testing of all sorts. He came to our place and did an assessment both inside and out. Soil, paint, etc. Very thorough – and takes the time to explain his findings and put them in a context that makes sense. Good luck.
