Interior stairs

Hi, I own a triplex condo in and want to relocate the stairs that connect the 2nd to 3rd floors. I would like to remove the existing stairs (steel rail w/open tread) and rebuild on opposite side of room. I want the new stairs to have closed risers with storage underneath. Also where the top of the stairs would connect to the third floor is an unfurnished 2nd floor (bath)room being used as a closet. The bathroom ceiling extends up into the third floor ceiling. Flooring would have to be extended on the third floor to create a lower ceiling in the 2nd floor bathroom while also adding square footage to the 3rd floor and allowing opening for the new stairs. All of our neighbors have done this construction in their triplexes, we received a quote from the same contractor that did their stairs. Does anyone have any recommendations for stairs/general contractors? Any advice and/or comments are appreciated.

Bill of Circular Stairs on Broadway is fantastic. His speciality is repair, restoration, and installation of brownstone stairs but I’m sure he can do anything.
