General Contractor Recommendation

I am writing to recommend Keith Lleras and his team at No Limit Contracting (646-208-6424, nolimitcontracting@gmail.com). They did an excellent job renovating our 2,000 sq ft duplex apartment in Park Slope (2012). We interviewed a small handful of contractors, all referred by trusted friends who also happen to be architects. We selected Keith because he was willing to work within our fairly tight budget. First, I will say that he is fully licensed and insured. The work we had done was mostly cosmetic with some plumbing/electrical as well. On one level, we had hardwood floors stripped, sanded and refinished, on the other, we had wall-to-wall carpeting removed and porcelain wood-like tile installed, walls, ceilings, and bookcases were painted, lighting was installed, plumbing replaced, kitchen drawer tracks replaced, and closets redone (Keith even accompanied me to the Container Store to select the Elfa system we used). He replaced hardware, hung curtains, hooks, and changed our locks, etc. Everything was done neatly, quickly, efficiently, and the finished product looks beautiful! Keith is very responsive to emails and texts and kept me abreast of his progress throughout the project. His prices were reasonable with no hidden charges or fees along the way that I didn’t explicitly approve first. I would recommend him without hesitation. No project is too big or small (he also does Brownstone restoration and other structural work that we didn’t need at this time). He is one of the few honest, reliable contractors out there. I would use him again in the future.
