exclusive use

Anybody own a first-floor coop in brooklyn with exclusive rights to garden/backyard? Curious to know if you own more shares/pay more maintenance than neighbors.

In my old building apartments had been given different share numbers according to the sponsor’s view of which were more valuable. Having outdoor space was part of that calculation, I’m sure. Thus my parlor/2nd floor back duplex with deck had more shares than the 4th floor apartment. What is the context of your question?
